Stray Dogma [strey dawg-muh] - noun: a rocky, jazzy, folky melange with a tinge of jam band wrapped in a danceable chocolate metaphor.
Welcome! You've reached the web page for Stray Dogma. We are a mostly acoustic band, playing mostly original music. The general style of music would probably be considered a cross between jazz, folk, and rock (fazzock?), although we never consciously play in any particular genre. We just like playing music.
Stray Dogma players include Susan Brakeall - piano, Mark Pearson - acoustic guitar, Collette Weber - conga/percussion, Scott Kiefer -fretless bass, Keith Anderson - set drums, and Kenny Blackwell ripping it on sax and flute.
Please sign up for our email list below and/or come join us at a gig.
If you would like to book a gig, please Contact Us. We love to play private events, weddings, etc.

We are done recording, and we are next going to enlist the talented ears/fingers of Dennis Lind to mix it for us. After that, on to 'mastering' and then on to duplication. We're thinking we'll have disks on hand in June.
